The Space unit in the Kindergarten KG2

As part of the hands-on activities in the Space unit in the kindergarten class, students let their imaginations travel into outer space. They explored the concept of day and night, searched for information about space, and read books to learn about the planets—their names, number, and unique features. They also watched a short film showing how rockets launch into space.

Inspired by what they learned, the students transformed the classroom corners into a creative space-themed environment, designing their own planets, stars, and galaxies.

Their visit to the Children’s Museum added another exciting dimension to their learning, where they discovered fascinating facts about space and volcanic eruptions through an engaging interaction with an astronaut.⁩
