Visual Arts Exhibition:
This exhibition is a celebration of student creativity and showcases artworks from students across all grade levels— from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
Each student from Kindergarten through Grade 8, as well as those enrolled in Visual Arts in the upper grades, is represented by at least one artwork. The pieces are displayed according to specific themes that connect not only within each grade level, but also across different age groups, creating a cohesive and thoughtful collection. All artworks are the result of students’ efforts during their art classes throughout the school year.
The exhibition highlights significant growth in both students' artistic and creative abilities. Their work reflects original ideas, a variety of techniques, and strong artistic vision. Each piece demonstrates how students have developed their skills in using different tools and mediums, and their ability to express thoughts and emotions visually in unique and meaningful ways.
This exhibition is a tribute to the students' hard work and dedication. It offers them the chance to reflect on their artistic journey, take pride in their progress, and celebrate their accomplishments with the school community.
Theater Activities:
1. Choir Performance:
We are pleased to present a performance by the school choir, which includes students from Grade 1 to Grade 6.
During rehearsals, the students learned the art of choral singing, starting with breathing exercises to enhance vocal control, and gradually moving to singing in harmony, which added a special touch to their performance. They practiced a range of vocal techniques and worked on improving their performance skills to prepare for today’s presentation—one that reflects both their musical interest and creativity.
The choir will take us on a musical journey through selected songs from different parts of the world, each carrying its own unique feeling and joyful melodies.
Enjoy the gentle voices of our students as they sing some of the most beautiful tunes.
First Show from 6:15pm - 7:00pm
Second Show from 7:15pm - 8:00pm
Ticket price: 2 JDs
2. Performance:
This folkloric performance features four traditional dances from the Levant, with a special focus on Jordanian and Palestinian dabke and folk styles. The show is the result of dedicated training and hard work by students who believed in their ability to express this art form through movement and bring it to wider audiences.
The dances were choreographed and led by dancer and instructor Ali Obeid, who has extensive experience in Palestinian dabke, as well as in traditional and contemporary folk dance. Throughout his career, he has trained over 200 dancers. Ninth grade student Sanad Treish assisted the training.
Ali is passionate about creating performances that connect with audiences by blending cultural heritage with modern storytelling—an approach he has brought to life in this performance. The performance is by students from the fifth and sixth grades.
Showtime at 5:30pm - 5:45pm
Ticket price 2 JDs
Snacks and Beverages:
A variety of local vendors will offer a selection of snacks and beverages.
There will also be a special station featuring homemade goods prepared by a group of women from Gaza currently living in Jordan.
All proceeds from this station will go directly to support the women behind it.
