Policy and Procedures

 

  • Admission policies:

Admission to the school is determined by a special committee’s evaluation based on the following criteria, with the school retaining the right to accept or decline any student: 

 

  • Alignment with the school's vision and philosophy. 
  • Completion of all school admission procedures. 
  • Availability of seats, ensuring that class sizes do not exceed 28 students for lower elementary school and 26 students for all other grade levels. 
  • Consideration of the gender balance in the school/class. 
  • Priority is given to siblings until the specified date for parents/guardians to renew their children's registration. 
  • Admission to resource classes is limited to siblings of current school students. 
  • Male students cannot be accepted without their sisters, and sisters cannot withdraw without their male brothers. 
  • Registration renewal for the new academic year must be completed by December 31st. of the current academic year. 
     
  • Admission Procedures: 

    For Kindergarten to Fourth Grade: 

  • Submit a registration application through the school's website, including the required documents. 
  • An interview is scheduled between the student and parent/guardian with the grade-level principal. 
  • The admission committee evaluates the application. 
  • The committee conveys their decision to the parent/guardian. 
  • Upon acceptance, an acceptance letter is sent along with the required documents to complete the registration within one week from the date of sending the letter.  

    For Fifth to High School: 

  • Submit a registration application through the school's website, including the required documents. 
  • The PR and communications personnel meet with the family to gain insights into the school's philosophy, systems, and campus facilities. 
  • Take a placement test in Arabic, English, and Mathematics (mathematics can be taken either in Arabic or English). 
  • An interview is scheduled between the student and the grade-level principal. 
  • The admission committee evaluates the application. 
  • The committee conveys their decision to the parent/guardian. 
  • Upon acceptance, an acceptance letter is sent along with the required documents to complete the registration within one week from the date of sending the letter. 

 

  • Registration Procedures: 
  • Complete the student's personal data form and sign the registration contract. 
  • Submit the registration fee of one thousand Jordanian dinars upon acceptance, which will be deducted from the first installment of tuition and school fees. 
  • Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable should the student decide to withdraw. 
  • Ensure that school fees are paid promptly on the first of August after completing all necessary paperwork. 
  • The student's registration in the school will be considered complete only after the first installment of school fees has been paid.

 

  • Required Documents: 
  • Certified birth certificate from the Civil Status and Passport Department quantity 2. 
  • Doctor's report confirming the student's health status, including any existing medical conditions or allergies. 
  • A recent photograph of the student. 
  • Copy of the family book. 
  • School certificates for the past two years (for new students).
